"Staff were lovely, rooms were clean. While the water park is right next door, it was a shame the resort didnt have its own free pool to use anytime. Great location in that you are next door to a shopping centre , to meet most of your needs, and there is a free shuttle from that Centre to MRT stop. "

"I am a frequent guest at Yotel Changi and may I say, the receptionists were always warm, friendly, welcoming (no matter what time of the day! Even at 2am) and the services I have received to date have always been genuinely accommodating. The staff were very attentive, and would go above & beyond to ensure my comfort. I had a mishap at the airport and was unfortunately unable to walk unaided after (this was in May 2025) and the staff provided such good care and understanding of my situation, I could not stop raving about it to others. Well done Yotel. Thank you for the exceptional service. I would highly recommend your hotel to anyone looking for easy access & convenience while transitting at the airport. "
