"Hotel is not at the airport and the shuttle runs every 2 hours or so and is first come first serve only. It only starts at 8am too. Shared a room with a family member and we were given a room that had a clear window between the bedroom and bathroom with a blind that didn't hide everything. Absolutely ridiculous. Hotel is in bad need of an upgrade and a deep clean. However the staff were all lovely "

"We had a wonderful three night stay at Carlton Hotel, Singapore. It’s a nice hotel in a great location. The staff very kindly let us check-in early which was much appreciated following a long flight. The staff were friendly. We enjoyed some tasty treats at the Tuxedo cafe. Raffles Hotel, Raffles City for shopping and Chijmes are just across the road."

"Position of hotel was perfect, close to all restaurants, river walks and sights to see. rental bikes were great and also next to hotel. plenty of seats for breakfast and lots of choice. outdoor pool was big with bar and food available. nice view from pool."

"Internet didn’t work and had to get special help that took a couple hours to get my laptop secured-other guest couldn’t use her internet either in the room. Lots of business travelers so internet in the room should work"

"I booked for a city view, but my room definitely is not a city view. When I talked to the staff, they said it was automatically chosen when I booked. So I’m not sure who made the mistake. The room is outdated though the lobby was nice."

"Room was clean easy to check in. Staff were friendly. Hotel located on great location to reach any tourist attraction. Underground station was in the same building. It’s really convenience with all shops, bars, restaurant, self service laundry is 7 minutes walk in case anyone need to get clothes quick wash. Outdoor pool is more for relax than a proper swimming. During the time I stayed was a bit busy with family and kids so I only have drinks by the pool. Another good point is I can use shower facility by the pool before I left to airport as my flight was later at night. "
