Changi Hotels with Breakfast

"The king standard room was more spacious than we had expected from a Singapore hotel. We liked the filtered water made available at the sink. Bed was very comfortable and the tv was large although channels were limited and there wasn’t YouTube function. Breakfast had an excellent spread although it would have been better if vegan dishes were labelled (we saw a customer going around asking if the Indian dishes were vegan). The pool was fairly big and well-shaded from tje sun. The check-in staff was unclear on whether our booking was eligible for Changi Rewards points. When we checked in, she informed that it can be done upon checkout. But upon checking out, she said our booking was third party and could not qualify. Even if it’s third party, it was still a spend on the establishment, so we didn’t understand why she first said it’s eligible but later said it’s not. "

"Great location to river view restaurants, shopping mall, Boat Quay, and Chinatown. Would suggest getting the breakfast added to your stay. It has a wide selection and is reasonably priced. We would stay here again!"

"Staff as the greatest asset. Polite, friendly and helpful. Good location and nice pool deck on roof, though it could do with a bit of TLC. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Just need better facilities in room such as a Nespresso machine or similar - would expect in hotel of this class/price. "

"Room was immaculately clean --- everything worked, bed was extremely comfortable --- nothing too much trouble for the front counter staff. Got checked in quickly, got checked out quickly. Very pleased."

"While the hotel is located near the airport, the shuttle service is quite inconvenient. It only runs every two hours, which results in significant waiting time. Additionally, at Terminal 2, there is a lack of clear signage or directions for locating the shuttle pickup point, making the process confusing for guests. Due to these issues, we ended up taking a taxi instead, as the shuttle was not practical. The hotel is also situated far from major attractions, meaning you’ll need to rely on taxis or trains to get around, adding both time and extra cost to your trip. During peak hours, taxis can be difficult to find, and we even had to take a separate shuttle just to reach a train station. Overall, this hotel may not be the best choice if you have limited time and plan to explore Singapore, as the transportation challenges can significantly impact your experience."
