"This is not our first family staycation at this hotel, as we do enjoy the general tranquility and delicious breakfast spread with the chocolate fountain. "We had lost our valuable pair of shoes in a bag during the during the checkout. Not effective follow ups by hotel managament after few calls and re-visit to hotel. Disappointed the complaint not addressed and just by "Not Found", is not something acceptable to this type prestigious hotel."
