"the room needs renovation especially the bathtub. I extremely don't like the air conditioning as even I set it around 27 degree but it freeze and noisy. The next day I asked for extra blanket and it feels a little bit better"

"I booked a no refund stay expecting that if extra ordinary events would be allowed. For a start Emirates 4 days before my flight changed my flight from 10:35am (EK315) to 1:40am (EK349) which destroyed my stay reducing it to 4 hours as I flew up on the 5th on SQ232. That flight after an aborted landing went to KL. We returned to Singapore and I got to stay in the hotel for 1 hour. No allowance was given by the hotel. "

"Would absolutely recommend this for transit. Easy check in and pleasant staff. The meal that was included was tasty. We enjoyed the clean shower and towels and had a comfortable sleep in the wide twin beds. "
