"Extremely comfortable hotel to stay in with great facilities. The staff are very friendly and we had everything we needed for an overnight stay. The location around the hotel is a little under developed, but other than that it works very well. Also worth noting that the car park is in the adjacent building. Worth letting the reception team know so you can get a reduced parking rate for your stay given the affiliation they have with the car park. Overall would recommend. "

"This is the best place to stay in Reims. The central location is key but the guest rooms, public areas and staff service are what set the hotel apart. The bed is comfortable and the room is well designed. The restaurants downstairs are excellent. "

"One night stopover on the way home, and it was a very good choice. Central location, with car parking immediately opposite. Friendly and helpful staff. Normally we'd not eat in city hotels, but we did here as it looked inviting, and it was excellent. Recommended"

"This place is a perfect base to explore Reims . We parked in the car park upstairs , outside for free ( there is underground parking on site too ) The room was nice , overlooking the river .. from the hotel it’s walkable to the Cathedral quarter ( 10/12mins stroll ) and there’s a wealth of restaurant choices and bars there . This seemed a very walkable and safe city and the Mercure is a nice easy , cost effective hotel to use as a base for a visit . "
