"We had a very slow check-in which was exasperated by the excessive heatwave! However, the hotel team were very good and gave us a gift and an apology for the trouble. It's often how the problem is addressed rather than the problem itself, so I congratulate them for that. Nice coffee cafitiere in the room, steamer and good tea."

"We have stayed at this hotel a few times now and we must say, we particularly enjoyed this stay. The hotel has made a few tweaks and changes to enhance the overall experience. They now have wine tasting at 6pm, the pool area now has the option to enjoy snacks and largest bites by the pool and the in room mini bar is now complementary. The staff have always been so helpful and friendly."

"Spotlessly clean room with comfortable bed and pillow. Great breakfast. Microwave in reception area to heat a ready meal or snack with disposable cutlery provided. Nearby SuperU and selection of eateries. Would be helpful to have a kettle in the bedrooms though. Nevertheless this is a good value hotel."
