"April at the front desk was very pleasant and welcoming, which I truly appreciated. However, our overall stay had several issues. Although we booked a non-smoking room, there was a noticeable smoke odor upon entering. We were offered a room change but chose to have housekeeping spray air freshener, which only temporarily masked the smell. Around 12:30 AM, there was significant noise coming from the room above us, likely due to children running and jumping. I attempted to call the front desk multiple times and had to follow up again at 1:10 AM before the situation was finally addressed. Breakfast was also disappointing. Despite being the first to arrive, the eggs were cold and unappetizing, and the sausage was barely warm. The only items I enjoyed were the waffle and coffee. Unfortunately, due to these experiences, I will not be staying at this property again in the future."

"There was a complete communications breakdown there was a language barrier with housekeeping regarding exits to the stairwells the staff did not speak English, which created an issue at the elevator myself and others waited almost 10 minutes for an elevator after the staff was unable to tell us where the stairwells were, they could only point with their fingers no verbiage this is unacceptable as people are traveling with time constraints please consider addressing this issue to avoid future inconveniences"

"The beds were very comfortable but floors and baseboards were dirty. The indoor pool was not heated and was actually freezing. A lot of options for breakfast but a lot had run out at 930am. "

"Very pet friendly. Pet stays free. The property is in excellent condition with nicest staff. We stayed 4 nights and everything was above and beyond. Very good location, many restaurants."

"Parking was excellent. The front desk staff where awesome and breakfast was delicious. The room was cozy and clean when we arrived. We was there 3 nights and housekeeping didn't not come into our room once. Even tho we requested for them to. It states on expedia and their website "daily housekeeping" we didn't receive any and our trash was running over we had several dirty towels and even had to go down to the front desk to get more towels. That's ridiculous. "
