"Beautiful property and the rooms were very clean and spacious. It is not an all-inclusive resort but you get a daily credit for breakfast which covers most of your meal and the food was great. We had a great time here and the water was beautiful. Staff were friendly. I would stay again!"

"Just came back from Turks and Caicos and our stay at the Strand. I can say enough great things bout this property. So beautiful. Our room was so big and just amazing. The staff kept the property so clean. When you dealt with anyone at the staff, they were beyond friendly. I will say that the property is out in the middle of a long quiet road. "You NEED A vehicle to get around in. The Entire road leading to the condo is Koleche with pot holes for about 16 min straight. The day we checked in, the restaurant that is onsite was closed and the nearest and Expensive restaurant (Conch Shack) was about 23 min away. The rooms are clean and there is a beautiful view of the ocean in building 2 (not as beautiful as Grace Bay). The hostess was very slow on responses and only answers questions about the property. "Beautiful property and very courteous staff. The beachfront side is new with attractive, modern furnishings. I loved the washer/dryer and large kitchen in the one-bedroom suite . The only issue with this property is the food and the wait for the food. The breakfast was not that great, the room service food was aweful (flatbread had chicken that tasted old) and they took very long. Also, the food (appetizers in this case) by the roof top bar took really long and was not good. They need to improve...

"The staff were some of the nicest we have encountered. They go out of their way to help in any way they can. The rooms are spacious and definitely a great value for the price. It was so nice to have a full size kitchen which is hard to find at this price point. The walk to the beach is quick and easy.
