"This was a fantastic place to stay. It is in the center of town, so convenient to shops and restaurants. The room (tufted owl) was spacious and very clean. It had a private bathroom (with a shower). It does not have air conditioning, but had large windows and a fan and I was comfortable in mid-July even as a person who sleeps hot. There is a private (for all guests) patio/courtyard with flowers and seating, and an upstairs terrace with a view of the Tor!!! Also, it is near the old...

"Lovely warm welcome from Terri who showed me around the guest lounge, outdoor seating and breakfast room. The bedroom was large, with a dressing table, armchairs, large bed, roll top bath and a separate large shower. The room was spotless! Terri recommended the George Pub for dinner just 2-minute walk, which was superb. Breakfast was superb, lovely breakfast room, great choice, freshly prepared cooked breakfast. Will return!"
