"I booked a property through Expedia for six guests to visit Sesame Place. Upon arriving around 7:50 PM, the host told us the property was already occupied. We wasted an hour driving back and forth, plus a six-hour round-trip drive home, and lost our entire second day at the park. I’m requesting a full refund and additional compensation for the stress, wasted time, and ruined plans for our group. "

"This property is very convenient to concerts at TD at the Mann center. The space was comfortable, and quiet, but it would be a plus if coffee was available for the morning . If you are going to visit the zoo or concert venue, I highly recommend the close proximity. 4 stars ⭐️"

"I would definitely stay here again. Nice and spacious suite. It has a full kitchen, laundry room, and walk-in closet. Easy check-in. There is no sign on building or entrance to indicate it is CozyStay. You must locate entrance by address number.
I recommend they have extra washcloths in rooms. Would also be nice if they put a few loads of laundry powder in rooms.
It is in a convenient location and in walking distance to a lot of stores and restaurants. And a short drive to many entertainment...
