"Husband and I had a pleasant stay at chachagua. We arrived late at night and was greeted at the front desk with hand towels and fruit juice. Checking in was smooth and we were escorted to our bungalow (make sure to have a high car as you will drive through a low river). Bungalow was private and very clean. "We had the most incredible stay here. What made the stay so enjoyable was not the impeccable food or beautiful rooms, but the friendly, accommodating staff! We felt so pampered with no detail overlooked and the best service we’ve ever had. My husband and I have travelled the world and this was by far the most incredible service we’ve ever experienced. A special thanks to our accommodating staff including Alonzo,Raquel, Kevin, William and so many others. We will absolutely be back!"

"El Tigre is a beautiful place to stay. The service from Andrea, Randy and team was amazing…even though the location is remote, we had everything we needed thanks to their exemplary customer service. The hike to the waterfalls was incredible and we loved the villa. Great blend of activity and relaxation. Just a perfect long weekend in the Bamboo House with our daughter!"
