"We had a wonderful experience at Kai Tulum! Everything was great, and we really enjoyed our stay. The beach and sea were clean, beautiful, and warm — perfect for relaxing and enjoying the Caribbean. Another big advantage was the nearby Maya archaeological museum, which made the experience even more special for us. The location was excellent, and everything met our expectations. From arriving when our suitcase was taken care of, until the sad day we had to leave, our experience was exceptional. The staff was always friendly and attentive, the buffet was plentiful and tasty. The restaurants were great as well and the interior and exterior design well thought through. Overall, we can only recommend this property."
