"Avoriaz is a wonderful mountain resort and our apartment was a perfect place to enjoy all of it. "

This is the first time this has ever happened checking in and being asked if I have the sheets and it will be 12 eruo for each bed and to top it off I had to clean it myself or pay them to clean my room. We have been on many vacations never have we been charged extra for them to clean the room. And fyi the room was not that clean when we got there with panties in the trash can. The property only allows you to communicate with them during two short periods daily around check-in and out. Their information indicates check in is not on the property.
