"When I arrived at the Hotel and show my booking, paid through Expedia webpage, they did not have the booking, they said they are not listed with Expedia and did not honor the price I paid. I moved to another hotel was not able to stay there. I am expecting EXPEDIA to pay me back. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE VERY EMBARRASSING. Contact me directly"

"Het echtpaar wat dit hotel runt heeft geen enkele affiniteit met klanten.Goedendag zeggen is al een probleem. Heb hier 3 weken gezeten, vroeg of ik de laatste dag iets langer op de kamer kon blijven, geen sprake van. De hotelbezetting was 20%"

Hotel has access to beach and the swimming pool is fantastic as it is a lagoon style and one could swim all over the resort. There is a shuttle to Hua Hin town centre but there is a charge. Normally, one expects shuttle to be free.

Check in was great - friendly, efficient. Unfortunately checkout was the opposite. Staff with very poor attitude practically accused us of stealing a laundry bag. Yes - a laundry bag. We were stood there for 25 minutes. I offered to pay for it. But that wasn't apparently going to fly. I was afraid we would miss our flight. Eventually we were dismissed by the gestapo member who seemed to be running the front desk, and we were left to carry our bags to our hire car. Just goes to show that the...
