"1.how does this hotel be rated as 4*? Everything is so rundown and dusty 2. Zero towels in my Presidential Room. I had to ask for them. 3. No Kleenex in room 4. The towels delivered to my room all smelled like cigarette smoke 5. Pebbles in the shower room flower has some missing pebbles 6. Floor is so worn out 7. La ubicación es muy buena incluso para ir al Puerto de Tarifa (si salen a Tánger). Algo que sería de mucha utilidad es que pudieran enviar un mapa antes de la llegada donde dejen claro cómo llegar pues es algo un tanto complicado cuando se llega manejando dado que no todas las calles están abiertas.
