Ok place, friendly staff but the rooms were a bit dated and needed improvement. Not great value either, would definitely stay elsewhere.

Shower had some problems that the water didn't go away. We asked the receptionist to fix it but we had to pursuade him to do something before waiting for tomorrow. It was a bad experience overall. Kitchen area was super dirty.

It’s a house with 2 or 4 rooms. The house has a good view to the sea. . I expected more about this place but overall was good.

Schrecklich!!! Hotel total heruntergekommen. Zimmertür ließ sich nicht abschließen, Toilettenspülung funktionierte nicht, Fernseher hatte keinen Empfang, WLAN im Zimmer ebenfalls ohne Empfang. Sauberkeit unter aller Sau. Bad und Toilette und Küchenzeile total veraltet und widerlich. Keine Rezeption. Hotelmanager war nur über das Zimmerpersonal per Telefon zu sprechen. Nach 1 Tag abgereist obwohl wir für 5 Tage gebucht hatten. Positiv war die Aussicht und das Zimmerpersonal was sich sehr bemüht hat. Ich würde das Hotel niemandem empfehlen. Hab mich von den Bildern und den positiven Bewertungen täuschen lassen.

dear guest as you see we were preparing tour room very carrefully and we had to clean the pool after wşnter and preparing for season it was a job for 1 day so that was the day that you were arriving there was no renevation arround our room either in hotel we are feeşing very sorry about that situation in the beach side but we dont have to forget that the beach belongs to the municipality and they are also preparing the roads and the beach for the season I mean for the reason of envorioment as a management of hotel we are very sorry.We hope to meet you again next time and hopefully filup your expectaion in our hotel and in Çeşme region .

Unterkunft wusste von nichts. Katastrophe
Telefonisch niemand erreichbar. Bei Ankunft keiner vor Ort. Über „Hausmeister“ Kontakt zum Vermieter bekommen. Fadenscheinige Ausreden (hatte Brand) vorgeschoben. Wollte uns dann 1 von 2 Zimmern geben. War unerlaubt durch Hausmeister (verraucht, schmutzig) und für uns nicht nutzbar mit Kindern. Kurzfristig Hotel vor Ort gebucht, da schon spät mit hohen finanziellen Mehraufwendungen. Unterkunft, die vorab den ganzen Tag telefonisch nicht erreichbar ist, ist von abzuraten. Pool vor Ort war leer und vor Sturz nicht abgesichert. Nicht auszumalen, was da passieren kann mit kleinen Kindern.

Der Aufenthalt hat uns gut gefallen. Das Frühstück war lecker, könnte aber etwas abwechslungsreicher sein und der Ausblick wunderschön. Als einzigen Kritikpunkt würde ich die Sauberkeit anmerken, hier ist noch luft nach oben.

The Rooms are super nice we loved it. But the best part are for sure the people who work here!!! They will help you with anything youll ever need. One day my family member had to go to hospital so the Host drove us to the Hospital and waited until everything was fine! It was in the middle of the night and he was still so nice to help us! The vacation in Rooms Exclusive felt like home. Loved its so so much we will for sure come back and recommend this place for everyone. Special thanks to Emre!

Emre Bey sayesinde ayakta kalan bir işletme.Odalar güzel odadan hariç bir yaşam alanının oluşu rahat ettiriyor tuvaletlerde havalandırma yok ne yazık ki.Temizlik ne mükemmel ne de kötü.Yemekler vasat konumu Harika personel çok yardımsever.Bu tatilin fiyasko oluşunu engelleyen Emre Beydi o sebeple bu puanın hak edeni odur

Mükemmel
Oda oldukça temizdi, manzarası zaten mükemmel. Görsellerde görüldüğü gibi her şey. Arabayla 5 dkda gidilebilecek kendine ait bir beachi olması bizi çok mutlu etti. Arabaya binmek istemezseniz de 5 dk yürüme mesafesinde halk plajı mevcut. çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü ve anlayışlı. Hem çeşmeye hem alaçatıya arabayla yalnızca 10 dk; yani çok merkezi bir konumda. Bir dahaki izmir seyahatimde kesinlikle tekrar kalmak isteyeceğim bir otel.
