Thermal pools and massage were great. Friendly front desk team however; I can’t say the same thing for the restaurant. Restaurant staff was lacking, I don’t think it’s being short staffed it looked like there were a lot of staff but they seemed not organized. Sea is not that clean and kids friendly, no beach access. Parking was also an issue as they looked like they were allowing locals to come dine and park and that didn’t leave spots for hotel guests

Mayıs sonu gibi otelde konakladık .Sıcak havuzun suyu hergün yenileniyor ve gayet keyifliydi. Fakat özellikle haftasonu dışardan da gelen misafirler ciddi bir yoğunluğa sebebiyet veriyor. Yer bulmakta zorlandık açıkcası .Otelin önü deniz, sıcak havuzda terledikten sonra soğuk sulara giriş yapabilirsiniz . Otelin restoran bölümündeki fiyatlar gayet makul ve lezzetliydi. Kışın veya bahar ayında çok keyifli olabilir . Yaz başı veya yaz mevsiminde sıcak havuza giribilebileceğini çok düşünmüyorum.

Hilfsbereites Personal, wenn auch nur ein Teil der Belegschaft Englisch spricht. Leider wurde unser Zimmer in einer Woche nicht einmal sauber gemacht. Das Restaurant ist preiswert und bietet sehr leckere Vorspeisen sowie Room Service. Insgesamt aber ruhige Atmosphäre und schöne Zimmer.

Çok güzel

Odalar yeni havlu yatak takımı kaliteli ve tertemizdi.Çalışanlar kibarlığı ve sempatik yaklaşımıyla çok iyiydi.Açık büfe kahvaltısında reçel peynir vs çeşit boldu.Kedi dili bisküvisini bile unutmamışlar.Her şey için çalışanlara teşekkür ederiz.Not. tek olumsuz yan havuza günübirlik giriş fiyatının çok ucuz olması nedeniyle otelde kalmadan dışarıdan girenlerin havuzda çok kalabalık ve gürültü yaratmaları.Bunu yapanlar yabancılar olmayıp Türk misafirler.Bir diğer şey havuza sabahın çok erken saatinde girenlerin insanları uykudan kaldırması. Havuza giriş saati daha geçe alınmalı.

Yeni binadaki standart odalarda kaldik. Fotograftakiyle hemen hemen ayni, genel olarak memnun kalmakla beraber hijyene daha cok onem verilmesi gerektigini dusunuyorum. Odanin temizligi fena degildi ancak bornozlardan birinde leke varmis kullandiktan sonra fark ettik, hic hos degildi! Bunun disinda personel iyi ve guler yuzlu ve size yardimci olmaya calisiyorlar ancak kesinlikle yetersiz sayida eleman var ve herseye yetismeye calisiyorlar, bu yuzden de surekli kosturuyorlar. Bahceye servis yok, iceri gidip siparisinizi kendiniz vermeniz gerekiyor. Bunu anlamayan bazi musteriler cikinca da bazi calisanlar onlari kirmamak icin ekstra kosturuyor. Ya bahceye servis icin ekstra eleman alinsin -ki bence sart, tatil yaptigimiz otelde neden siparis veremiyoruz?- ya da kesinlikle servis yapilmasin (calisanlarin bu kadar kosturmasina uzuldum acikcasi).
