Geçmişte memnun kaldığım için tekrar tercih ettiğimiz Morro Otel maalesef bu sefer tam bir hayal kırıklığıydı. İlk karşılamadan itibaren sorunlar başladı. Resepsiyondaki görevli ne için geldiğimizi, rezervasyonumuz olup olmadığını, kahvaltı alıp almayacağımızı sorarak konuya oldukça yabancı bir izlenim verdi. Oysa tüm bilgiler sistemde mevcut. Odaya ilk girdiğimizde temizlik yapılmadığını fark ettik; yerlerde toz, yüzeylerde kir kalıntıları vardı. Otel genel olarak ciddi anlamda bakımsız kalmış. Dolap kapakları kırık ve kirliydi, duş başlığı ve aparatları paslanmış, duşakabin kırılmış ve bantla tutturulmuştu. Gardırop kapıları bile kullanılmaz haldeydi. Ortak alanlar da yeterince düşünülmemiş. Havuz için sadece 3 adet şezlong vardı. Havuzdan çıkıp oturmak için sandalye kullanmak zorunda kaldık. Bu kapasite yetersizliği ciddi bir eksiklik. Oda kapısının hemen dışında yıkanmış çarşaflar yere seriliyor; girip çıkarken hem zorluk yaşıyorsunuz hem de hijyenik olmadığını açıkça görüyorsunuz. Çarşaflara insanlar dokunuyor, kenara çekiyor. Bu görüntü özellikle bir otel için oldukça rahatsız edici. “Otopark var” ibaresi de yanıltıcı. Gerçekte otel misafirlerine özel bir otopark tahsis edilmemiş. Yaz sezonunda valeler ve çevre işletmeler alanı kullanıyor; yer bulmak neredeyse imkansız. Her seferinde aracımızı uzağa park etmek zorunda kaldık. Memnun kaldık

Morro Hotel Alaçatının uzun ve kalabalık caddesine 1. papalel caddede yer alıyor. Dolayısıyla yürüyerek 1 dakikada tüm restaurant cafe ve mağazalara ulaşabiliyorsun. Diğer yandan bazı otellerin aksine tam cadde üzerinde olmaması, gürültüden uzak sakin ve sessiz bir tatile olanak sunuyor. Odaları gayet temiz, ayrıca hergün toplanıp temizleniyor. Kahvaltı gayet yeterli, siz oturuyorsunuz tatlı bir hanım masanıza serpme kahvaltı şeklinde servis ediyor. Ben oteli köpek kabul ettikleri için tercih etmiştim. Köpeğimle ilgili bir sorun da yaşamadık. Otele vardığımızda valizlerimi üstteki odaya odatin sahibi güleryüzlü beyefendi Vedat Bey taşıdı. 4 numaralı odada kaldık, sokağa bakıyor ama sokak gayet güzel ve pencereden gözüken manzara, dipdibe diğer bir otel binası asla değil, gayet açık ve ferah. Küçük bir cumbalı oturma bölümü var, çok şirin. Odada kettle, su, şampuan mevcut. Kasa ve boş bir minibar var, dışardan bir şey alırsanız soğuk tutabilirsiniz. Otelin ayrıca bir yüzme havuzu var, genelde tenha çünkü kalan misafirler denize gidiyor.Otelin kendi otoparkı yok, zira çoğu otelin yok, ama otelin kapısının önünde büyük bir boş alan var araba koymak için ama herkese açık olduğu için önce gelen kapıyor gibi. Çoğu zaman yer bulduk ama bulamayıp sokakta park yeri aradğımız birkaç sefer oldu. Sonuç olarak hem Alaçatının içinde hem gürültüden uzak, temiz, ilgili, güzel dekore edilmiş ve fiyat performans açısından dengeli bir otel arayışında olanlara tavsiye edeceğim bir otel Morro.

Check-in saat 14.00di ama biz erken geldik ve hotelin bahcesine bile alinmadik, Hilton bile erken gelenlere havuzunu kullandirir check-in saatinden once gelenlere. Ayrica check out yaptiktan sonrada lobide bile oturtmadilar. Otobus saatimize cok vardi, bavullarimizi para karsiligi muafaza ettiler ama bizim disari cikmamiz istendi. Bavullar icin para odememize ramen bahcede bile durmamiza izin verilmedi. Havuz, mutfak ve lobi gibi ortak alanlar temizdi. Odadaki lavaboda ve kuvette siyah sac killari vardi, hic iyi temizlenmemisti. Sampuan yoktu, sadece dus jel ve el yikama jeli vardi, sac kurutma makinesi calismiyordu. Buraya gitmeyi planlayanlar kendi urunlerini goturmeli, ayrica erken gelirlerse yada gec cikicaklarsa kendilerine bu saatler icin oturucak baska bir yer bakmalilar. Kesinlikle bahcede bile beklemenize izin verilmiyor. Esyanizi koyup parasinida odeseniz, sizi ordan kovarlar. Cok kaba insanlar. Paranizi odeyip rezil oluyorsunuz resmen.

Beautiful local boutique hotel

Beautiful small boutique hotel with the perfect pool, a real sun trap. Room was large with its own terrace. The owners were very friendly and accommodating. Central location minutes from the restaurants and bars of the old town, note the bars stay a little noisy until 1ish. Plenty of private parking also. Will return if in Alacati again. Thank you!

A great stay in the centre of Alacati

Barek, the person taking care of the property is a wonderful lady, very accommodating. We accidentally booked as we realised on arrival they didn’t have a baby cot (although we missed that this was mentioned on the confirmation email). However, within an hour both of our arrival a baby cot and high chair were made available. A great stay in the centre of Alacati, with a lovely pool. Breakfast is food too!
