This is a great hotel! The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I informed them ahead of arriving of a food allergy, and they went out of their way to ensure I had breakfast options. The room was beautiful and comfortable, and the bathroom good quality (with good water pressure!) The location was great - close enough to be an easy walk to all of the attractions of Alaçatı, but far enough away to be able to have a quiet night’s sleep. Would recommend!

Perfect hideaway

An incredible beautiful little boutique hotel in Alacati, kept my a very charming lady. Almost 24/7 there is someone at the reception desk/living room who can assist you. Lovely breakfast is being served every morning from 9-11am and some tea and cakes from 5-7pm. The garden is inviting to have a rest and enjoy the holiday. The rooms a very clean and kept tidy every day. Family friendly and the service staff is very attentive and courteous. Thank you so much - you all made our stay perfect!

Maalesef çok keyifsiz ve tatsız bir deneyim oldu.

Hijyen konusunda çok önemli eksiklikleri vardı, odada ayna bulunmuyor. Oda temizlendiğinde havluların değiştirilmediğini gördük, kahvaltıda verilen çay acılıktan içilmiyor, karpuzların içi geçmiş, genel olarak hiç memnun kalmadık.

KORKUNÇ BİR İŞLETME! ŞİKAYETÇİYİZ

Rezervasyonumuzu 3 gece (23 temmuz-26 temmuz) tarihleri için yaptık. Uzun araba yolculuğu sonrası otele vardığımızda saat 16:05 idi. odamızın henüz hazır olmadığını söylediler. 20 dakika bekledikten sonra (yani 16:25te) "pardon check-,in saatimiz kaç?" diye sorduğumuzda 14:00-16:00 arası olduğunu söylediler. Haklı olmamıza rağmen sorun çıkarmak istemedik ve saat 16:30da sonunda odamızın hazır olduğunu söylediler. Odamızı bodrum kat seçmiştik fakat böyle bir odayla karşılaşacağımız aklımıza gelmedi. Evet oda bodrum katıydı ve mutfak ile çamaşırhanenin yanındaydı. Zaten doğal olarak o katta bizden başka oda da yoktu. Maalesef ödememizi giriş (check - in) sırasında almalarına rağmen tabii ki çıkış yaptık. Bodrum katı diye sattıkları odanın resimleri burada, görmeden rezervasyon yapmayın deriz.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit dort. Super nette und familiere Atmosphäre, sowie liebvoll gemachtes Frühstück mit viel selbstgemachten Leckereien. Unterkunft sehr schön und die Lage sehr ruhig. Wir fand es auch super, dass Frau Deniz (die Chefin) uns mit ihrem Auto zum Busbahnhof gefahren hat. Wir können diese Hotel weiter empfehlen.

Oda bahçe katında olduğundan mıdır bilmiyorum ama söyleyebileceğim en olumsuz şey odadaki örümceklerdi. Onun dışında çalışanlar ilgili, bahçesi mükemmel, kahvaltısı ve 5 çayı olayı harikaydı. Tekrar konaklamayı düşünebileceğimiz, dinlendirici, huzur dolduğumuz aşırı güzel 2 gündü, teşekkürler.

Nice stay

The boutique hotel was lovely. The breakfast was great although they only served tea. Coffee was an extra charge which I though the was not reasonable. The location was good for walking in Alaçatı but there are many stray dogs around which made it noisy at night with them barking. Bring eye mask and ear plugs for a better sleep. Also I would advise people to have a car because Alaçatı does not have many taxis so getting around is not easy and we found no bus. The beds were comfortable. The garden was gorgeous.

Keyifli

Denizkabuğu Otel'de kardeşimle birlikte 1 hafta konakladık. Otele İstanbul'dan uzun bir sürüş sonrası ikindi vakti ulaştığımızda otel çalışanlardan Seval hanım bizi karşıladı ve çay poğaça ve kek ikramı olduğunu söyledi yol yorgunluğunun üzerine böyle bir sürprizle karşılaşmak bizi çok çok mutlu etti. Diğer bir mutluluk kaynağı ise kesinlikle muhteşem planlanmış ve bakımlı bahçeydi. Bu keyifli bahçede çayımızı yudumlayıp lezzetli ikramların tadını çıkarırken tüm yorgunluğum geçti diyebilirim. Otel sahibi Deniz Hanım da oldukça ilgili ve çözüm odaklı bir insan. Bunun yanında yine çalışanlardan Ali bey ve Ayşe hanım da çok kibar ve yardımsever insanlar. Özetle konaklamamızın keyifli geçmesi tüm tatilimizin güzel geçmesine sebep oldu diyebilirim.
