From the moment we stepped into Portakal Çiçeği Hotel, we were embraced with genuine warmth and hospitality that made us feel like we were visiting family, not just staying at a hotel. Every corner of this beautiful boutique hotel has been thoughtfully designed with care and love. The rooms were spotless, the bed sheets smelled wonderfully fresh, and even the tiniest details – like the mandarin-scented shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner – made our stay feel luxurious and refreshing. What truly sets this place apart is the incredible family behind it. Sinem, Özlem Hanım, and Selgüç Bey are beyond amazing – kind, generous, and so attentive. Sinem and Özlem Hanım made sure breakfast was not only delicious but beautifully presented, full of local flavors and thoughtful touches. Selgüç Bey greeted us like an old friend and made us feel at ease from the very first conversation. Portakal Çiçeği didn’t just meet our expectations – it became our home away from home. There is a soul here, a feeling of comfort and connection that you rarely find. It’s more than just a place to stay – it’s a place to return to, again and again. We had the best stay here! We were 3 girls visiting from Canada and felt so welcomed from the moment we arrived. The hotel is family-run and you can truly feel the warmth — they were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. The room was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. Breakfast was absolutely amazing every morning, with so many delicious options. They also went above and beyond with recommendations and even helped us organize transportation, which made everything so much easier. Highly recommend this hotel if you’re coming to Alaçatı. It’s a gem!

Herkes çok candan ve yardımsever tek tek biz dahil bütün misafirlerini çok güleryüzlü olarak karşıladılar aynı şekilde uğurludular.-Bİrseye ihtiyacınız var mı diye hep sordular. Hotel muito simples, a familia que administra é muito agradável. Bom café da manha. Otima localização da para ir a pe parar os restaurantes e bares da cidade. O quarto deixou muito a desejar, sem janela, e não é feito a limpeza diária. Tive que conviver com 01 mosca durante 03 dias.

Çok güzel bir aile oteli. Kendinizi evinizde gibi hissediyorsunuz. Otel sahipleri çok sıcak kanlı iyi insanlar. Otel Alaçatı çarşıya çok yakın yürüyerek çarşıya gidip gelebiliyorsunuz sabah kahvaltıları lezzetli ve güzel. Özellikle aileler için otel sahiplerinin hoş sohbeti güler yüzü ilgi alakası odaların temizliği tekrar Alaçatı‘ya gelmek istediğinizde ilk tercih edileceğiniz otel olmasını sağlıyacaktır.
