Cesate Hotels with Swimming Pool

"Teníamos dos noches reservadas, pero por problemas con nuestro vuelo, solo pudimos quedarnos una noche. El check-in fue problemático ya que a pesar de haber avisado por varios medios que llegaríamos al día siguiente, nunca nos respondieron. La comunicación con el hotel fue nula. Hoteles.com se comunicó con ellos por teléfono y nos dijeron que no había ningún problema. Sin embargo, al momento de registrarnos aparecíamos cómo "no show". Pudimos finalmente solucionarlo pero pasamos un mal rato. A pesar de quedarnos por una noche nos cobraron el impuesto municipal al turismo por dos noches... En fin..."

"The hotel was nice, the thing I had that disheartened me was indeed i booked on a very busy period, my room rate was very high and expected, though being charge a surplus for continental breakfast , given the nightly rate I had, should not have been done, doesn't make sense, this left a sour taste to be honest"
