Good and bad

First, I want to say we had a great experience staying here. Not many Americans visit this area. We got to meet travelers from all over Europe. My good and bad notes; Sunbeds are not free. Bring bug spray, lots of mosquitoes at dusk. Ocean water was very warm, perfect temperature. Breakfast was free and pretty good. Place is beautiful at night. Lots of restaurants and shops near by. We did not eat dinner at the hotel so I cant say if its good or not. Seemed to be clean and well kept. If your budget allows, I recommend it.

The staff where outstanding ! The beach club food was the BEST we had . The service , food, staff and property where beyond what we expected . The platinum room has the most amazing views . I would highly recommend and we will be back .

Hôtel qui ne mérite pas d être sur expédia et qui n est certainement pas un 5 étoiles. Accueil extrêmement rude à l arrivée ( aucune indication, l agent nous a dit que nous n avions aucun service car nous avions réservé via expédia…), chambre défraîchie, fenêtre de salle de bain qui donne sur un mur, internet disfonctionnel impossible de voir la mer assis sur les chaises du balcon et le pompon, des services indiqués gratuits sur expédia sont payants comme les transat. Pour finir en partant nous signalons notre instatisfaton, la réceptionniste nous offre le stationnement avant de se raviser car nous résignalons notre insta

Per essere un 5 stelle lusso, pecca in manutenzione delle camere: bagno senza aspiratore e finestra con tapparella chiusa bloccata, faretti specchiera ad intermittenza, rubinetto lavandino con guarnizione rotta, calorifero acceso a palla a giugno. All’arrivo mi hanno offerto un cocktail ma me lo sono trovato sul conto finale. Come cliente Vip Access non ho usufruito ne del check-in anticipato, ne dell’up-grade perché mi han detto che l’hotel era pieno (poco credibile)

Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Die Executive-Zimmer sind klein, haben aber einen sehr großen Balkon mit direktem Meerblick. Leider stimmt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht mehr. Das Frühstück war früher sehr umfangreich, was sich aber zwischenzeitlich auch verändert hat.

This is really poor value for money. The hotel itself is nice enough but the service was not what we would have expected of a five star hotel. Numerous times we found ourselves in a position where the staff told us that they could not provide the service we expected like not being able to serve dinner at a standard time, not being able to help with chairs at the beach etc. I would not spend time here again despite the really nice pool and beach.

Совершенно точно это не 5 звезд. В общем и целом можно сказать старый отель, с вытирающими обстоятельствами, и запахами в лифте и ковролинов на этажах. Нет тренажерного зала, нет спа., тренажерная комната 10 кв. метров есть в отеле напротив 4 зведы, но там из трех тренажеров работал один, да и ему лет 15-20. Оч плохая звукоизоляция номеров, но в каждом номере лежат беруши. Из хорошего: внимательный ресепшен, если повезет хорошая терасса 121 номер, в отеле очень хорошие завтраки до 11.30. большой выбор ягод и фруктов.

Nice hotel on the beach but no wow factor

Overall a decent hotel with polite staff on the beach. It was not as impressive as it looked on Expedia site. Certainly not to be confused with it’s namesake in NYC. The prices in the restaurant were high for what it was, i.e. a solid (but not gastronomic) experience. Staff tried hard to please and were the main plus. On the negative side I would say it lacks soul and sophistication. My sense is that customers who know their hotels would avoid it but other guests would be perfectly satisfied due to the cleanliness and polite staff. Three stars.

TOP 5 Sterne Hotel - Rundum Zufrieden!

Wir waren für 7 Tage im Waldorf Premier Resort um Unseren späten Sommerurlaub im September zu verbringen. Ich kann nur Positives berichten! Die Zimmer super sauber, der Balkon überdurchschnittlich groß. Die gesamte Hotelanlage gehoben und sehr sauer. Frühstücksbuffet umfangreich und viel Auswahl. Auch frisches Obst wird angeboten. Der Kaffee wird frisch gemacht. Lage ist direkt am Sandstrand, die Umgebung ist auch sehr schön. Wunderbar für Spaziergänge und zum Zentrum nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß.

Beach across from hotel. Very clean , it included breakfast was amazing fresh so many choices . City bus walking distance takes you to the train station about 20 minutes from bus stop. Walking distance from downtown. Personal very attentive . Has 2 swimming pools one olimpic size. Highly recommended. We'll go back on heart beat.

- Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet sehr groß, toll vor allem die große Vielfalt an frischem Obst - direkte Strandlage, Meer absolut klasse: glasklares Wasser, Sandstrand - die zu mietenden Liegen stehen etwas eng beieinander; wir waren außerhalb der Hauptsaison, sodass zum Glück nicht alle Liegen belegt waren. - Junior Suite: "der Lack ist ab" trifft es wohl am ehesten, Fliesen im Bad vielfach kaputt, Wohnzimmerschränke Glasplatte kaputt, generell alles etwas unsauber; bei Ankunft mussten wir Schimmel feststellen, welcher zwar mit Chemie entfernt wurde, jedoch ganz offensichtlich nicht zum ersten Mal aufgetreten ist. Es sind einige Stellen bereits überstrichen gewesen. => für 5 Sterne "Luxus" war das nicht

Impeccable. This hotel is by far the most luxurious of them all ! The rooms are big and in pristine condition, the staff is attentive to every detail. The concierge commandant at the reception (Domenico) is straight out of a film by Fellini - very stylish, very strict at the same time very proud personality, not a bit of loose momentum - a treat to watch. All in all, this is the place to be (and to be seen in if this matters) when celebrating an achievement or when you are simply in that coveted top 3% earner of any country... Best news: this hotelier owns and runs the adjacent two properties which are more aptly priced for the ordinary people like me. If this hotel is any indication, these two (Les Palmes 4* and Le Premier 5*) have to be pristine as well while somewhat easier on the wallet. Those in that elite status of their respective societies should consider the suites of the top 3 floors. I guarantee you will enjoy every minute spent here even in mild weather conditions. The money hard earned from dividends or oil wells are best spent in Les Suites. However, if you have to ask how much, better bet will be the two neighbors mentioned before.

Hotel molto caro, anche se 5 stelle L Il parcheggio si paga a parte e così la spiaggia, cosa abbastanza strana, in quanto sul sito è segnalata come spiaggia privata dell hotel. Personale molto gentile, a parte il front desk

Var meget rystet over, at vi skulle betale yderligere 30 EURO i døgnet for en Ikea Weekend seng til vores 8 mdr. gamle søn. Dette burde i allerhøjeste grad fremgå i forbindelse med hotellets præsentation, da vi i så fald havde valgt et andet hotel. Det betyder også, at vi ikke har rosende ord pt. om Hotels.com, da vi finder, at hjemmeside er uigennemsigtig/ufyldestgørende - 30 EURO i døgnet er MANGE penge som absolut burde fremgå når oplysninger om børn og alder skal indtastes. Det giver ikke mening, at vi oplyser dette, når vi ved ankomst ekstraopkræves et ikke uvæsentlig beløb herfor. Meget dårlig oplevelse.

НЕ РЕКОМЕНДУЕМ ЭТОТ ОТЕЛЬ ! Отель не соответствует заявленным 5 звездам Цены завышены в разы Номер 18 кв метров плюс большой балкон на 1 этаже (320 евро ночь +плюс завтрак) на 9 ночей соответствовал средней 4ке На все просьбы переселить в номер большей площади никто ничего не решил ,хотя отель полупустой даже в июле и свободные номера больше и выше были показаны нам ,но за них требовали еще добавочно 500 евро Заявленные в брони ванна совмещенная с душем не соответствовало действительности Была душевая кабина с массажным эффектом ,но функция эта не работала Вывод : политика отеля запихнуть за большие деньги людей на 1-2 этажи в мизерные номера с видом на море (вид стоит +500 евро ) Их не волнует что с 1 этажа номера вид не моря а крыш ,расположенных напротив пляжных будок для переодевания и вообще вид на море мы не заявляли т к летим на море а не на его вид с балкона Пляж заявленный от отеля есть, но оплата в стоимость 320 евро ночь не входит (20 евро в день два лежака + зонт ) Территории отель не имеет ,бассейн маленький Завтраки хорошие до 12 часов,но ресторан напоминает столовую а не ресторан отеля 5 звезд Ужинали в отеле 1 раз в последний день пребывания все красиво сервировано и подано,но еда не понравилась (ужин в ресторане отеля от 40 евро на человека) Имеем большой опыт путешествий по миру с проживанием в отелях 5 звезд, поэтому разочарованы рекламой отеля ,который не оправдал наши ожидания ни по одному пункту за 9 дней отдыха !
