"The owner was lovely, as were rest of the staff. We had a warm welcome and a tour of our room prior to check-in. The Superior room was incredible. Really nicely furnished, clean, plenty of complimentary amenities. We had an amazing meal in the evening - one of the nicest we've had in Slovenia, followed by an equally enjoyable breakfast. "We had a wonderful stay at Riki Balance Hotel and felt it offered great value, especially for a lake view room. The hotel is one of the highest in the area, which means the lake views are completely unobstructed. The scenery was absolutely beautiful, and the peaceful, quiet atmosphere made it even more enjoyable. "Great property right in the old town. Staff couldn't of been more helpful. The food and the breakfast were plentiful and freshly made. 😋 Only downside was the shower leaked badly and the floor was soaking wet. I did mention this and they are aware of the problem. Would stay again and recommend."
