"This apartment was perfect for our group of 6 adults visiting Paris for the first time! It is located in the heart of Montmarte, just blocks from the basilica. There are many restaurants/cafes in the area along with local artists demonstrating their talents. There are 2 Metro stops within walking distance (there are lots of stairs in the area). The apartment was clean and well stocked with comfy beds and cold AC. The host was very kind and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. "

It had everything needed, however there were some problems: - Bathroom had very strong smell of mold, and lots of patches of mold both within the shower (including across the shower curtain) and around the wider bathroom area. Unless bathroom door was kept closed, entire apartment would smell strongly of mold - Many of the light fittings and plug sockets didn't work - The door on the dishwasher didn’t fully close therefore meaning water would leak out and it was very noisy -...

"C'est de loin le pire logement où on est restés. Nous avons réservé 3 nuits , nous y sommes restés une seule nuit. Nous avons pris un autre logement. Devant l'immeuble c'est sale , à l'intérieur on dirait un squat. Le logement était sale , pas de serviettes, pas de papier toilette. La table a mangé était cassé. Le logement est très petit , ça doit faire 12m2 avec une cuisine , le canapé lit , la petite salle de bain . 4 étage à monter dans ascenseur. Personne ne nous a avertis. Je voyageais...

"The front desk receptionist ‘loved’ her job so much she forgot to smile and offer basic customer service. I never do this but I am gonna make an exception and spell out her - Margary. The least I could do to ‘congratulate’ what customer service looks like in this hotel. I stayed at Holiday Inn in Lima and the customer service at the front was polar opposite than what Margary had to offer. Seriously, if you hate your job so much but still need the job, the least the hotel management could do is not put her in front of paying customers. Yes, paying customers don’t need this type of staff attending to them after a very very long flight! However, not all is bad in this hotel. Iqbal from behind the bar/attends to the food at the lobby area was pleasant and helpful. "
