I’ve been to Paris a few times, but this time I wanted to try a more residential experience. This property delivered as a home base for my teenager and I in a lovely out of the way (in a good way) neighborhood. The updated apartment was as described and in perfect proximity to a grocery store, bakeries, bistros and even shopping. A metro stop providing easy access to the rest of the city is just half a block away. There are also two lovely parks nearby with benches for sitting within naturally shaded gardens. We were there on some of the hottest days in Paris’ recorded history, and the air conditioning in our apartment was a godsend! Sometimes things don’t go as planned, but what matters is how issues are handled. This property delivered with responsiveness and professionalism. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and have no doubt you will too! A hidden gem.

Great place to stay! Clean, quiet, and close to the train and busses. We would definitely stay here again. We had a little hiccup when checking in but other than that it was great. Just a note: this is a third floor walk up. Then, once you enter your room door, there is another flight of stairs. So I would not recommend if you can’t do 4 flights of stairs to get to your apartment. It’s basically the attic. Again, super cute, clean and recently completely renovated. We enjoyed our stay. Also, there is not a washing machine in this apartment. The listing makes it seem that there is but there is not.

We really enjoyed our trip. This apartment hotel is in a nice neighbourhood, with easy access to the subway. The building and unit were easy to access with codes. We felt very comfortable in the unit, which was clean and bright. There is a small grocery store and several restaurants within walking distance. The air conditioning was very appreciated although the AC unit was a little loud. There was also a fairly loud intermittent buzzing (maybe the water heater?). The combination of the two was enough to interrupt sleep a bit. Better than being hot, though. No fault of the room, but we were pushing it with 3 people; it would be perfect for 2. We just had to fold up the sofa bed during the day and keep our stuff organized. Finally, there were some discrepancies in the posting that should be cleaned up. There is no laundry, either in the unit or shared in the building. Also, the posting says housekeeping is available once per stay; but, communication from the hotel noted that there is a cost for this. There also was no ‘paid at property’ amount; what I paid up-front through Expedia ended up being the total amount. This was a nice thing! But… it created some confusion leading up to the trip. The hotel’s check-in site also said that I was ‘unpaid’. I was trying to figure out the details with the hotel through messages, and at times I wasn’t sure if I had a secure reservation or not (all turned out ok, but it was unclear).

Fint sted. Godt område. Tæt på bus og metro. Kun dobbeltdyne og ikke muligt at få en ekstra. Der var ikke gardiner i det store rum, så meget lyst ved sovesofa. Ikke mulighed for opbevaring af kuffert efter udtjekning. Fin telefonisk kundeservice.
