"The property is modern, clean, and well-maintained. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was the complimentary airport shuttle service, but no shuttle ever arrived. We tried calling the hotel for over an hour and a half with no answer, and had to called U.S customer service and they were also unable to reach anyone. When we finally arrived, we explained the situation to the front desk manager Ms. Garcia but she showed no concern and...

"The staff at the hotel was wonderful and they were always friendly and willing to offer assistance. The hotel is beautiful and directly in the historic city center. The free breakfast was delicious and so was the restaurant. Loved the hotel! Expedia should have notified us that there was a huge protest (with noise) out in front of the hotel and the Zocolo was closed to access. The Zocolo was one of the main reasons we stayed in this area, so we were disappointed. "

"This hotel has ruined me for all other hotels! This boutique hotel was a peak experience for our stay in Mexico City. It is located on a lovely, quiet street, only about a 10 minute walk to the historic city center sights of the Cathedral, the Zocalo, and Templo Mayor. The surrounding streets are pulsing with foot traffic and small shops. It is not tourist territory and it feels very safe, even as night falls. The hotel itself is gorgeous architecturally."

"We absolutely loved our stay here. Everything was really clean, the staff was very helpful and responsive. The aesthetics were top notch. You can tell everything was carefully thought out. The only thing we were not too fond of was the food. The view on the rooftop was so beautiful however so it made up for it . Def would recommend staying here "

"Everyone at Casa Donceles was extremely welcoming and accommodating. The room was also very clean and larger than we expected. Not to mention it is a very short walk to some of the best historic sites in the city. We will definitely consider staying here on future trips to CDMX. "
