Our suite was well appointed with private garden patio area; no bedside lamps available and precarious and dangerous small step down from room to patio. "I liked that the staff spoke English Spanish and Portuguese. We chose this property because we wanted to use the Spa. This feature is in their name. The Spa was closed during the time we were at the hotel. Very disappointing. :-("
