"We booked this place for the convenience of the location near the airport. Check in is supposed to be at 4pm. We had to contact the property directly multiple times to get the access code to the property and this was not given to us until after 5pm. When we arrived at the property we were able to use the codes given to us to get into the building. We made the trek up the 4 flights of stairs (no elevator) to the room we were told was ours. "The service at this hotel was unparallel. I needed a medication and they sent a driver to the pharmacy to pick it up and bring it back to the hotel. I also needed hiking boots and they went to a hiking shoe store bought me my size got them on sale and brought them to the hotel. I’ve never experienced such incredible service before at a hotel."
