"I enjoyed the pool. The hot sauna worked. There was no hot water. The whirlpool next to the pool was cold. Other than that, the staff were spectacular and helping bringing taxis. "This is my second time staying at this property and I like it. They have a restaurant and a bar downstairs and they have several places (restaurants) close by. The only problem is that you hear the music that's around the area and it can be annoying for some people. Also, I am not sure how's the noise on the weekends since my stayed was during the week. I do recommend this place and I would stay here again. The employees are very nice and friendly."

"The room was great, cozy and affordable. Wish there had been a mini fridge but no big deal. The girls at the front desk were all so kind and helpful with everything I needed. The staff and the food at the restaurant were amazing!!! And room service was the bomb! 😁 I didnt find it super walkable though. Anywhere I needed to go, seemed really far away.....not sure if this is just Medellín or a "me problem" lol The AC worked great and always had hot water in the shower 😁"
