"Heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, goede centrale ligging van het hotel met een bar en enkele tafeltjes buiten. Fijne kamer met uitzicht op Place de la Bastille. Als de ramen dicht zijn hoor je nauwelijks iets van de drukte op straat. Geen lift aanwezig. Even flink tillen met je bagage mocht je op de bovenste etages overnachten. "

"Staying at Pavillion de la Reine was such a luxurious treat! We stayed in the apartment on site (le pavillion) with two teenagers .. lots of room, space to relax and unwind after long days of sightseeing. It had the best breakfast every day & we really enjoyed the helpful, polite and delightful staff. "

The location perfect for exploring the 11th with quick access to the Metro for other adventures in the city. "We absolutely loved our stay here -- this was our first time in Paris, and the location was perfect: close enough to train lines and neat neighborhoods, but a bit removed from the crowded trendy areas. There were plenty of little shops to grab what we needed (grocery, pharmacy) and an abundance of cafes and bakeries for breakfast. Our last day was Tuesday, and there was a market in the little park in front of the hotel which was lovely to walk through. The room was nice and big with a view out...

"Location, location. Hotel Riesner shines! The staff is very friendly, rooms are spacious (by Parisian standards), bathroom well appointed. It’s so very quiet by being on an alleyway between two very busy streets. It’s a 4-minute walk to Garde de Lyon. We highly recommend it."

"I wouldn’t recommend staying at SO/ Paris Hotel. It’s simply not worth the money. The staff attitude felt unwelcoming, and the way they hold large amounts for “incidentals” without clearly explaining it upfront is just bad business—you feel overcharged and misled. The rooms are small, with almost no privacy, and the layout is poorly thought out—no proper sink next to the toilet or even a bidet, which you’d expect in France. We even paid extra for a “view,” and it was minimal at best, honestly...

"Good stay overall. The property is well located, with a nice outside environment and everything within easy walking distance. Housekeeping was consistent and appreciated. Kitchen amenities could be better equipped, and the coffee machine could be improved for a better experience. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay with a few areas that could be enhanced. "
