"This hotel was great. Staff while checking in was very helpful. Our heater didn't work in our room and they came to look at it in about 2 minutes. Instead of waiting to be fixed they gave me another room. All took about ten. minutes. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was good. The hotel staff while checking in, working though room transfer, and checking out was great. Nice people!!! Very helpful. "

"I didn't have a pet but there was a sign that said No Pets in the Breakfast food area due to their county health department limitation. That shouldn't be a problem for someone to leave their pet in their room to go down to eat for a short period."

"Room was clean, the staff were friendly, free wifi was great. I was glad to see McDonald's was next door to offer breakfast and dinner. The rooms had microwaves and fridges that were helpful. The parking lot and walkways were as clear as they could be with the snowstorm that we arrived in. The only thing that could have made it better was the breakfast selection (eggs, bacon, bananas or a waffle maker would have been nice). "A day away doesn't have to be far away I really like this one it’s affordable, modern, and I love the small touches like the mountain lake view curtain on the window. The rooms have newer tech and from the looks of them they’ve been recently upgraded."

"The memory foam bed was very comfortable and the room was cozy and warm when I arrived. I appreciated the heat being on when I arrived, since some hotel rooms I have walked into do not have the heat on to conserve energy, so you walk into a cold room."
