"Our room was extremely noisy. Every phone notification our neighboring room had was clear as day in ours. Every footstep above us banged loudly in ours. The smoke alarm in our room beeped periodically and the front desk staff told us they wouldn't be able to get to it until at least the next day.
I would probably recommend staying elsewhere if you can."

"Checking in and out was quick and easy. The staff were all friendly and helpful. We were given our choice of floors. If we come back through this area we will stay here again. The room was compact but we didn't need anything else."
