"The hotel has clean and spacious rooms with mini fridge and microwave. The hallway is a little weird with 3 room doors opening towards each other but not a major issue. The man who checked me in was getting hammered by a lot of guests coming in at the same time. He was coming off his shift (and was supposed to have been off), but the lady coming on shift was there too. There was around 6 or 7 separate people in line and the lady kept going through papers instead of jumping in and getting...

"One of the best hotel stays we have ever had. The staff greeted us each morning and asked if they could help at all. There was a trolley system to see the downtown area on weekends. Most places were short drives or walks. Loved the size of the suite we reserved. Very nice."

"Old Florida style hotel on the water with a super pretty view and a bigger room than expected. Super friendly staff. The restaurant on the property is great, Grouper bites are a must have! Really affordable pontoon rentals $239 after taxes for a 10 person boat from 8am-5pm with gas included?? That’s unheard of! 10/10 experience I can’t wait to come back!"

"I really loved the homey feeling it had, and the smell from the bakery downstairs was amazing. I bought cinnamon cupcakes and they are to die for. Everything was amazing, including the service, the room, and the pool, but the only thing I didn't like was the stairs we had to go up. I was a little scared I would fall. Overall, I would definitely stay again and recommend everyone to book a room there if they stay in town. Connie was an excellent host and very accommodating to our needs."

"Awesome and Super Clean hotel. Super convenient right in the middle of Holiday, New Port Richie and ClearWater Bay. Zoey was amazing to deal with when we asked for an early check in. She situated us next to each other. I was very very surprised that the hotel was very clean and had zero bad smell. "Wonderful place ! Unique, nostalgic what I call Old Roadside Travel Lodge ver reminiscent of the 50/60’s. Very well cared for and kept. The “backyard “ by the river is great. Fire pits, small pavilion, different sitting areas, huge dock at the water. I stayed in a very newly remodeled room. Very nice-not what I was expecting. Comfy bed, large shower, little terrace off the back just right for morning coffee, although I used the pavilion since it was raining and wanted to be closer to the water....
