"The front desk was very friendly and efficiently checked us in. Our room was clean and seemed like the property was well-cared for. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was busy, but everything was fresh and tasted good."

"The hotel seems fairly new, however, the issues with the rooms don't seem to be kept up. Our bathroom fan was broken; lights weren't connected to the room switches in the sofa area or bed area; safe battery was dead; a/c was making a weird whistling noise. Although the room was nice and set up nicely, these were just issues that should be resolved."

"Beautifully rustic place with everything you could want for a quiet getaway. Cabins are well maintained and stocked with a refrigerator, microwave, dishes and pots and pans. A binder with all the information you could possibly need is in the cabin and late check in was a breeze! I will definitely be back!!"

"Room was very clean, bed was very comfortable. Breakfast wasn’t much too eat only lots of bread no protein the Breakfast needs a little work. Staff was all friendly and helpful. Only thing I would change about the room was that they didn’t have hand soap only a bar and in the shower it Was a 2 in 1 shampoo and conditioner. Have them separate with body wash soap and not a bar would be better. But overall would definitely recommend"

"The Hacienda was a really unique experience that was worth the adventure. Checkin was a breeze and welcoming with a smiling front desk employee. My room had lots of character and was very neat and tidy. The shower was a bit small but it fit in the space and was stylish and very functional. I loved tue convenience of having a restaurant on site and the option of walking to other local restaurant options. I would definitely stay here again."

"The room was great. Very clean and comfortable. The restaurants were all within walking distance. There was a cute little area of shops to visit. We always look for a place with a pool. After driving many hours to get there, the pool, which they tout as spring fed, the last of its kind, was actually a fish infested moss and other stuff that flows into it from the river gross pool of water. It was awful!"

"PROPERTY IS LOCATED RIGHT OF MAIN INTERSTATE. STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY. ROOMS WERE GOOD SIZE AND VERY CLEAN. FIRST FLOOR ROOMS HAVE A OUTSIDE AND INSIDE DOOR, BUT SECURE. BREAKFAST WAS GOOD WITH A VARIETY. THIS IS A OLDER BUT REMODEL 2 STORY HOTEL. YOU CAN AT NITE HEAR PEOPLE AT TIMES IN ADJOINING ROOMS AND IN HALLWAYS, LUCKILY THIS IS A MORE MATURE GUEST HOTEL. NO POOL. GOOD FOR A 1 NITE OR 2 NITE STAY."

"My only complaints center around air conditioning. The window unit was not strong enough to cool down the room quickly nor effectively, leading to my 2nd thing that bothers me. When we opened the door to our room at 9pm it was stifling hot, it took hours to even slightly cool down. I don't understand why you wouldn't go in earlier in the day at least and turn the unit on. That said, room was clean and the check in lady was very friendly."
