"The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, which I appreciated. However, the front desk experience was not very welcoming. The staff member seemed grouchy and barely wanted to communicate. When I asked questions, it felt like I had to pull every word out of her just to get basic information. A clean hotel is important, but friendly and helpful customer service also makes a big difference in the overall stay."
