"Greeted warmly upon arrival. Check in was smooth and efficient. The room was extremely comfortable. Very clean and great amenities. Very quiet. Microwave and fridge. Lots of easy parking. Close to Capitol Reef National Park. Great place to see dark skies. "

"We were just passing through for the night and booked here since we couldn't find anything in Hanksville. The place was clean and the breakfast okay though basic (cold cereal, bagels, waffles). I was impressed that they have now installed two EV charges. Good for them. One word of caution for guests. There isn't much else in Cainesville. In particular we didn't see any restaurants, so I am glad we stopped to eat at Duke's Place in Hanksville enroute. I would do a special callout to the staff, would were very friendly and offered lots of suggestions for hikes we might consider."

"The location of this hotel is perfect - right outside Capitol Reef National Park, and the view of the rock formations from our room was amazing! Parking is very convenient and the staff was helpful and friendly. The attached restaurant also had beautiful views. I highly recommend this property."
