"I loved this hotel! It was so clean. The view from my room was spectacular. There were so many nice amenities like cookies, caramels, coffee, etc. The check-in attendant was so welcoming. They had a very cute gift shop in the lobby. The artsy vibe of the hotel was so cool. The rooftop deck was great for relaxing after a long hike at Capital Reef. I will definitely be back to stay again."

"When I arrived at the hotel. There was a young girl working at the desk. She checked me in and told me I was on the first floor. When I entered my room, it was not mountain view. It is parking lot view. My reservation stated Mountain View . I came out and spoke to the clerk. The clerk then called the manager. "We loved this hotel. It was clean and comfy. It had the easiest TV to use. The breakfast was good in the morning. The staff was very helpful, I checked in very stressed, almost late for a wedding and they were patient with me and understanding. I greatly appreciated the front desk woman. The only negative was. That the lobby smelled weird, it was like cleaning supplies mixed with something else, but the room smelled normal. Everything else was perfect!"
