"The place is a really nice place to stay if you traveling alone, I stayed in a quad dorm room that had its own private bathroom/shower area which is the best, the beds are also super comfortable and the bar downstairs in the lobby is a great vibe to hang out at I would definitely recommend staying at this place "

"I arrived a bit early. They didn't allow me to check in early, although it was confirmed the previous guest had left. I asked a kind favor to prioritize cleaning my room first but it was not entertained. I asked to switch to another room that is ready and has been cleaned but my request was rejected. "This is a really nice hotel. The location is terrific, right on Michigan Avenue across from Millennium Park and near the Art Institute and Riverwalk, surrounded by restaurants and stores, and with easy access to every part of the L system. The bed is comfortable and the room, although small, is nicely designed, with drawers and a safe tucked below the bed, along with a modern bathroom with very pleasant high pressure shower.
