"The hotel is located in an amazing location with nearby eateries and architecture. Walking distance to Millennium Park, Cloudgate, the subway, and the riverwalk. The room and bathroom were impressively spacious and the lobby was welcoming and smelled so good. The only downsides were that early in the morning we could hear slamming doors on our floor from our room which was disturbing. "Friendly staff, they greet you when you come in, I even overheard one giving local recommendations to a couple. I liked the talk ceilings in the rooms, the bed and pillows were actually comfortable. It is located right next to a a train station which actually had a lot of street space for a drop off/pick up. "

"I booked this room through Expedia and it did not include breakfast. The room was small and echoey. The hallway was noisy, there is only one ice maker for the entire hotel. The WiFi is horrible. (Had to use my cell data my entire stay). There is no parking. There is valet next door for $71USD per 24 hours, it does have in and out privileges just text and they’ll get your vehicle. The hotel was within walking distance of a lot of attractions"
