"Room and property were very well kept and clean. Rooms are a bit small unless you upgrade and pay more. Staff were very helpful during check in and valet attendants were awesome! Area around the hotel can be sketchy at night and unsafe to wonder off in especially if unfamiliar with the area.All and all we enjoyed our stay and loved how close it was to our venues."

" Very accessible to the River Walk. Despite "river view" being a small sliver of the river, still nice to have. Parking is pricey through the hotel but worth it to have the sense of security in a garage compared to an open lot with quick valet service. Spacious double queen room with a working mini fridge and coffee maker."

"The property is large and beautifully landscaped inside and out. the rooms are pricey and so are the restaurants but there are good options within a mile of the resort. Unlike Disney World, I saw very few trash cans but no trash. Rooms with a balcony facing the garden conservatory are the best."
