"I wish I read the instructions folder in my room with all the facilities available. Lots of help items the hotel can supply. You get 2 bottles of water a day with new towels every day. The iron board which square and just a flat board was a challenge. Great view from my room I was quite high. Lifts go 8th floor then you need your hotel card in the other lifts to reach your room. Amazing location and checkout was my fastest ever. "

"I knowingly booked a room that was very small, but also reasonably priced. It was very clean and sufficient for a place to sleep after spending a long day visiting sites around Tokyo. It would have been too tight, however, if there had been two of us."

Overcoming my fear of using the public bath, I found it very respectful, relaxing and the facility was beautiful. I found myself missing the experience when we stayed at another hotel in another city. The breakfast buffet had many options, all of which were delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel!"
