"Staff came across quite unwelcoming and the room wasn’t the cleanest. Although we didn’t pay for a balcony, we didn’t expect to be underground with a tiny window. Room was next door to the Breakfast room so lots of noise and disturbance early in the morning. There was construction that we were not aware of that was also very loud. Hotel has a bus stop right out front with quick access to all around, also has the Airport Direct bus stop. The hop on/hop off bus has a stop less than 5 minutes away.
