"Location of hotel was excellent, 25 min taxi from the airport at a busy time of day. Sliema, across the bay from Valletta where the hotel is was well placed for catching the water taxi 3euro/ ferry across to Valletta. Although not on the sea front the hotel had an excellent pool, bar, lounges etc on the roof that gave a panoramic view of the sea and Valletta. The hotel also had its own beach club on the sea front a short walk away and a gym located across the road. Very up-to-date tech wise, the hotel had its own app which was used to book dinner, spa appointments, use of sun beds/ gazebos and had your access code for the room. We stayed in a superior room that had what you needed for a comfortable stay, and if you needed anything else, you were able to request it via the app. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Very good selection for breakfast and evening meal equally as good. Getting around from the hotel not a problem. We were only about 400m from the bay that had lovely restaurants and cheap transport across the bay. UBER taxi very fast and efficient. Took a trip to Gozo via the ferry that took just over 1 hr, worth doing. In sum, hotel was perfectly located for your holiday needs, could not fault it."
