Staff at the breakfast café entrance, in particular, can be quite rude and tend to treat guests with unnecessary suspicion, which creates an uncomfortable experience. Additionally, the gym attendant repeatedly reminds guests not to take towels away, even when it’s necessary, for example, when stepping out briefly to the restroom while still sweating."

"My stay at JW Marriott Hotel Zhengzhou was mixed. There were some genuinely positive aspects, especially the front desk staff and housekeeping team, but there were also several disappointing experiences that affected my overall impression. "Careful! Despite the fact that this hotel is shown on Expedia’s app as an airport hotel for CGO it’s actually a 4 hour drive away, so I didn’t stay there. Looks nice, though😬"

"Great hotel. Great location. New, clean with quite spacious rooms. One thing I did not like: someone smoked in neighbour room and smoke smell came through the ventilation to my room. Because I am not a smoker it was unpleasant. Otherwise, all good."

"1. Enjoy a new 5 stars hotel but pay less than in big cities 2. Like the breakfast: most are Chinese but enjoy western style food 3. Local people think it is too far from old town, and most of visitors drive themselves. You have to call taxi yourself but they help if you need, and it is pretty easy to visit each place by taxi. 4. Local food is really delicious and cheap. "
