"There was a quiet park near the hotel, and the room was comfortable and spacious. It wasn’t far from the Bell Tower, so it was convenient to get around. I would consider staying here again."

"The staff was very friendly, it’s ok hotel for the price, close to major spots. The bathroom was very nice and loved it, they had a free laundry service which was nice "
"Nice location, within walking distance to many attractions. Quiet lobby compared to the hotel side. But you get to share all the amenities. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. We had a 3- bedroom, 3 -bathroom suite. Very spacious and comfortable stay. We will book it again when visiting Xi’an next time."

"This hotel is impeccably clean. I was there for a conference and did not visit the pool, but the rooms and common areas were upscale and spotless. The service was outstanding. I would stay for a leisure trip if given the opportunity. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety with good quality. The tables in the dining area were kept clean, even during busy times. "

"Our stay at the Shangri-la was exceptional. The facilities were first rate and the services from the staff even better. Even before our arrival at the hotel, the concierge at the hotel, Oscar, was in touch with us to offer his services regarding transportation, site seeing and other details regarding our visit to Xian. He responded quickly to our email queries and gave detailed advice regarding how to make the best use of our short time in Xian. We were able to very efficiently navigate the city and thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Xian because of Oscar's willingness to go over and beyond his job to make us feel at home in a new city."
