"A business trip to Handan. A very convenient location if you are travelling via High Speed Rail as it is 5mins walk from Handan East Station.
Overall experience is good (staff is helpful and hotel is relatively new). However, it is a distant away from Handan city area...nil/limited local eateries / shops. [Hotel does have food vending machines]
Hotel amenities can be improved. Be great it there is a mini fridge."

Big problem is that no one speaks english AT ALL. Not even few words. It's really hard for a basic communication and it' COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE for a.high level hotel like a Crowne Plaza"
"Hotel is in a very convenient location near many businesses and the metro is close by. The staff is very attentive to guests, offering a wide variety of excellent foods and service. They have afternoon tea and pastries from 1-5pm, which I thought was a very thoughtful idea. Their gym also has a decent amount of equipment. Most other hotels are a little barebones in terms of equipment."
