"This hotel's location was really convenient to all of our activities planned for downtown Phoenix. It's a quick walk to Chase Field and the Suns Arena. The staff was helpful and friendly. However, the traffic can be quite congested in this area and we had a really difficult time pulling into to the hotel to check in. We had to circle the block for 45 min because the traffic was so backed up - there was a Dbacks and Suns game on the same day as our check-in. Also, we could hear traffic noise...

"Pool area was tiny, no music, no bar and shaded all day! Lounge chairs were ripping. Also the AC went out in the building so the rooms and floors were very warm. Staff was great and rooms were clean"

"Really clean and convenient property. The rooms are big and have everything necessary to cook with if you want. The washer/dryer are also great and the provided bath products are really high quality. The self-check in is a little bit of a hassle, but they do have staff available during most hours on-site to help."

"Parking was a lot around the corner no validation by hotel. Parking lot was rundown. Hotel pool was not available as it was under repair. "

"The breakfast was very good here. The bacon was fresh and very crispy. The shower in our room needed a refresher— hence the 4 star rating. The bed was very comfortable and clean. Over all I would recommend staying here."

"The hotel is a block from the arena and stadium, restaurants were excellent, and no driving. Highly recommend it. Side note they had a major water issue affecting elevators but was communicated ahead of time and they offered to let you out of your reservation. So the property wasn't in tiptop shape but it didn't affect our stay and we had a wonderful weekend."
