"This hotel has a sketchy feel but it worked out alright. Definitely in a less desirable part of downtown and a good mile from the centers. But there is a Lime scooter drop off across the street so getting around was easy. The king bed was okay but bring your own linen, just a sheet and an unpleasant bed covering. "

"Overall it was a nice resort. The room was loud though. We got a room that backed a service road and the trucks would drive thru or go in reverse with a beeping sound. In the morning housekeeping was loud in the hallway. The grounds were neat and clean. The pools were nice but kind of misleading. I asked about pool hours and was told they are 24/7. While the pools are open the slides aren’t."

"I tried leaving 1.5 stars but rounded up to 2. I chose to stay here due to reviews found online of how clean it was. Ironically, I did not find our room to be clean. The shower head was dirty. The shower was gross. The sink had mold in it. Otherwise, the room was comfy and the location was great. Parking price was a bit excessive especially after the cost of the hotel itself. The staff at the bar were super kind and friendly! Although the few people I interacted with at the front desk….not so much. The lady did not seem to care when I made her aware of the black mold. She said she would send someone up to look before we went to dinner. After dinner, it was still there. So even the people in the artwork could notice the frustration in my eyes. She said they were busy so I asked for a different room and all the sudden someone was able to go check it out. Waited for about 30-40 minutes in lobby before she sent someone. The man that checked us out had no personality either. Overall, I would love to come back but would like them to acknowledge this and do better. People pay for a clean space. "

"This was our second time staying here and this time was significantly better than the first. We were on the second floor, rooms and area surrounding the hotel were pretty quiet. Breakfast is included, pretty on par for hotel breakfasts. Sausage one day, bacon the next, pasteries, cereal, waffle maker, etc. Lobby had decaf, regular, and hot water for tea and hot chocolate available 24/7. Parking was $18 a day. Not sure if it was the hotel or my bank but there was a $100 hold for the deposit and then an additional charge for the parking, but I had been told the parking would be taken out of the deposit. Showers were very nice, hot water, great pressure. And rooma were very spacious."
