"I had an amazing experience at this beautiful hotel in Jaco, Costa Rica. From the moment I arrived, the warm and welcoming staff made me feel right at home. Julio at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful, setting the tone for a great stay. Ostman, the bartender, was also fantastic—super attentive and made every drink with care. "We had a three day stay at Lumina Valley View Monteverde in April 2025. The house is very spacious, modern and comfortable. It has an amazing gourmet kitchen (love the waterfall style granite countertop!) and a great view with a lovely, vibrant orange sunset. Lovely furnishings and decor. Also ample hot water, AC and strong Wifi. Note that this location is a little far out so not walkable to any amenities. Our host Glenda, who is a native of Monteverde, was amazing.
