"We always enjoy Chiquita and we do bring lot of our client and family You always have great worker This time the breakfast quality was not that great Then we propose the tour for the lumino to our clients 40$ per person was way deceiving for what our client saw Then it seems that you are short in employes Could not order drink in front of the lagoon For sunset Had to go at the bar Small things that we never had to complain about before Just saying it to help you keeping the quality...

"Amazing hotel!! Rooms were the best we had in CR. Incredible view of the ocean. My girlfriend did not want to leave the pool. Swim up bar was fun and the Monkey Mango Margarita was top notch. Emploees were great and always very helpful. Restaraunt was very good and convenient. "

"Nice and very clean hotel, staff is really nice and welcoming , I book standard room when I saw that it was small room but the manager for very kind when I request them if they can upgrade room for me they did and they didn’t even charge me for that They all make sure that my stay in Hotel is more comfortable and nice Thanks to all stuff members for their kindness and for their best service I recommend this hotel to everyone !!! They deserve a 5 star rating !!! Good place for families !!!!"
